摘 要:为提高UV光固化共混乳液的涂膜性能,本文合成了可光固化的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),并将其作为高分子乳化剂与环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)进行共混,制备岀4种不同的共混乳液。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱对PUA的反应过程进行监测,同时对产物结构进行表征,发现与目标产物相同。并分别通过DSC、TGA和DMA对共混涂膜的热稳定性及力学性能进行表征,研究了环氧丙烯酸酯EA含量对共混乳液粒径及其稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:乳液稳定性随着EA含量的增多逐渐下降,且粒径变大。与纯PUA相比,在不改变涂膜柔韧性的同时,共混涂膜的硬度增大,热稳定性逐步提高,耐水及耐溶剂性显著改善。In order to improve the coating properties of UV-curable blend emulsions,four different blend emulsions were prepared by blending the synthesized UV-curable waterborne polyurethane acrylate(PUA)as a polymer emulsifier with the epoxy acrylate(EA).The reaction process was monitored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and the product structure was characterized and found that it was identical to the target product.The thermal stability and mechanical properties of the blend film were characterized by DSC,TGA and DMA respectively.The effects of EA content on the particle size and stability of the blend emulsions were studied.The results showed that emulsion stability gradually decreased with the increase of EA content,and the particle size became larger.Compared with pure PUA,the flexibility of the blend films was not changed,meanwhile,the hardness of the blend film increased,the thermal stability gradually increased,and the water resistance and solvent resistance improved significantly.
