摘 要:以石墨烯为基体,采用化学氧化法使聚苯胺在其表面复合,制备得到聚苯胺-石墨烯复合纳米材料,利用XRD、SEM及TEM对其结构和形貌进行了研究。将其作为功能填料添加到自干型水性环氧树脂中,得到复合水性防腐涂料。研究了复合纳米材料添加量及聚苯胺与石墨烯质量比对所得漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:聚苯胺对金属基材的钝化作用和片层石墨烯的阻隔作用相配合,能更加有效地提高水性环氧树脂的耐腐蚀性;控制适当的添加量及复合纳米材料的组成,能够制备得到性能优异的功能性环保防腐涂料。Polyaniline-graphene nanocomposites were prepared by chemical oxidation method with graphene as the martix.The structure and morphology of the composites were studied by XRD,SEM and TEM.Then,the composite waterborne anticorrosive coatings were obtained by doping the prepared polyaniline-graphene nanocomposites into the self-diying waterborne epoxy resin.The effects of various influential factors incuding the amount of composites and the ratios of polyaniline to graphene on the properties of the prepared composite coatings were investigated.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the waterborne composite coatings was effectively improved due to the passivation effect of polyaniline and the barrier effect of the graphene.The waterborne epoxy with the composites exhibited good mechanical and corrosion-resisting properties by controlling the composition and amount of nanocomposites.
