摘　　要：基于对我国研究生素质教育的研究综述,阐述了研究生素质教育的基本概念和三位一体的素质教育模式,从知识传授、能力培养、人格塑造和学校层面四个视角提出了多维立体化的研究生素质提升途径。Based on the summary of the research on quality education of graduate students in China, this paper expounds the basic concept of postgraduate quality education and the quality education mode of Trinity, and then puts forward the way of improving the quality of postgraduate students from four perspectives, such as knowledge transfer, ability cultivation, personality shaping and school level.
