屋尘螨变应原特异性免疫治疗儿童哮喘的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究儿童哮喘采用屋尘螨变应原特异性免疫治疗措施的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月—2018年10月期间该院收治的儿童哮喘患者124例作为该次研究对象,利用随机法将患者分为治疗组与对照组,各62例,对照组患儿行常规治疗,治疗组患儿以此为基础行屋尘螨变应原制剂治疗,对比各组患儿治疗前后肺功能、哮喘症状评分,分析两组患儿治疗总有效率差异性。结果治疗组患儿肺功能评分、哮喘症状评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.082 8、25.993 6、16.691 0,P<0.05),治疗组总有效率96.77%明显高于对照组85.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.888 2,P=0.027 0<0.05)。结论儿童哮喘采用屋尘螨变应原特异性免疫治疗安全高效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of house dust mite allergenspecific immunotherapy in children with asthma.Methods A total of 124 children with asthma in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random method. All groups were 62 cases each. According to the routine treatment of children, the treatment group was treated with house dust mite allergen preparation. The lung function and asthma symptom scores of each group were compared before and after treatment. The total effective rate difference between the two groups was analyzed. Results The lung function score and asthma symptom score of the treatment group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.082 8, 25.993 6, 16.691 0, P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.48%),the different was statistically significant(χ^2=4.888 2,P=0.027 0<0.05). Conclusion Childhood asthma is safe and effective with house dust mite allergenspecific immunotherapy, which is worthy of promotion.
