摘 要:目的对无创机械通气治疗ICU重症心力衰竭的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法将该院2015年5月—2018年5月收治的92例ICU重症心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组46例患者行常规治疗,观察组46例患者在常规治疗的基础上加用无创机械通气治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后HR、BPM、DBP、PaO_2、PaCO_2及SaO_2均得到明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为91.30%,明显高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05)。结论对ICU重症心力衰竭患者采用无创机械通气治疗,可有效改善心力衰竭症状,减轻心脏负荷,改善缺血、缺氧状态,促进患者康复,值得临床应用推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe heart failure in ICU.Methods 92 patients with ICU severe heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 46 patients in the control group received routine treatment, and 46 patients in the observation group were given routine treatment as well as noninvasive mechanical ventilation, to compare the effects of the two groups. Results HR, BPM, DBP, PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation for ICU patients with severe heart failure can effectively improve heart failure symptoms, reduce cardiac load, improve ischemia and hypoxia, and promote rehabilitation of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
