多西他赛联合希罗达治疗转移性乳腺癌临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对转移性乳腺癌患者采取多西他赛+希罗达进行治疗的临床效果。方法抽取于2017年9月—2018年9月该院所收治的44例转移性乳腺癌患者作为本次实验的研究对象,将其按照所服用的药物类型不同分为单一组和联合组,每组分别为22例患者。单一组进给予多西他赛进行单纯的治疗,联合组则在单一组的基础上加以希罗达进行联合治疗,收集并统计两组患者的临床资料,并且进行两组患者治疗效果以及不良反应的发生几率。结果联合组的症状缓解率18例(81.82%)显著高于单一组11例(50.00%)(χ~2=4.956,P=0.026)。联合组的不良反应发生几率5例(22.73%)显著低于单一组12例(54.55%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.697,P=0.030)。结论对转移性乳腺癌患者采取多西他赛+希罗达进行联合治疗,能够降低患者不良反应的发生几率,治疗效果十分确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of docetaxel + Xeloda in patients with metastatic breast cancer. Methods Fortyfour patients with metastatic breast cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into single group and combined group according to the type of drugs they were taking. Each group consisted of 22 patients. A single group was given docetaxel for simple treatment, and the combination group was treated with Xeloda in a single group. The clinical data of the two groups were collected and counted, and the treatment effects and adverse reactions, the probability of occurrence of the two groups were performed. Results The symptomatic remission rate in the combined group was significantly higher in 18 patients(81.82%) than in the single group 11 cases(50.00%)(χ^2=4.956, P=0.026). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower in 5 patients(22.73%) than in the single group of 12 cases(54.55%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.697, P=0.030). Conclusion The combination therapy with docetaxel + Xeloda in patients with metastatic breast cancer can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, and the treatment effect is very accurate.
