摘 要:目的探究高压氧治疗下阿尔茨海默病鼠齿状回新生神经元变化。方法该院于2016年4—5月选取18只大鼠为观察对象,分为正常对照组、高压氧疗组、AD鼠组,每组6只。利用标记物表达观察高压氧聊组鼠齿状回新生神经元情况。结果经30 d治疗后高压氧治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)鼠后,观察海马齿状回区新生神经元有明显增加,新生神经元的增加,3组大鼠BradU阳性细胞数分别为(14.9±4.0)、(26.7±4.5)、(29.8±5.2),DCX阳性细胞数分别为(5.3±1.1)、(6.6±2.0)、(7.8±1.9);水迷宫逃避潜伏周期分别为(25.5±18.4)min、(18.1±6.0)min、(15.5±5.3)min,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗在治疗阿尔茨海默病临床中有较广阔的应用空间。Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation treatment on the changes of neonatal neurons in dentate gyrus of rats with Alzheimer's disease.Methods 18 rats in our hospital from April to May 2016 were selected as the observation objects and divided into the normal control group,hyperbaric oxygenation group and AD rat group,with 6 in each,and the changes of neonatal neurons in dentate gyrus of rats with Alzheimer's disease was expressed by the markers.Results After 30 days,the neonatal neurons in dentate gyrus of rats with Alzheimer's disease increased obviously,and the BradU positive cell counts in the three groups were respectively(14.9±4.0),(26.7±4.5),(29.8±5.2),and the DCX positive cell counts were respectively(5.3±1.1),(6.6±2.0),(7.8±1.9);the avoidance latency period of water maze was respectively(25.5±18.4)min,(18.1±6.0)min,(15.5±5.3)min,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application space of hyperbaric oxygenation in the clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease is wide.
