微生态双歧三联活菌制剂联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察探讨在治疗新生儿黄疸时微生态双歧三联活菌制剂联合蓝光照射疗法所产生的疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月在该院诊治的新生儿黄疸患儿90例作为该研究的观察对象,采取随机数字分组法将患儿分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。其中对照组予以常规蓝光照射治疗;观察组在蓝光照射的基础上,再加以微生态双歧三联活菌制剂进行治疗;观察两组疗效并加以比较。结果经治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.462,P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床症状消退时间显著短于对照组,治疗期间测量的血清胆红素水平相比于对照组均更低,且治疗后,观察组患儿CRP浓度(9.41±1.74)mg/L明显低于对照组患儿(14.93±2.15)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.689,P<0.05)。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿采用微生态双歧活菌制剂联合蓝光照射治疗方法具有优异的治疗效果,可以有效、快速的缓解患儿临床症状,值得临床广泛借鉴并应用于新生儿黄疸的治疗。Objective To observe and study the curative effect of microecological bifid ttiple viable preparation combined with blue light therapy in treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 90 cases of newborns with jaundice diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each,the control group used the routine blue light therapy,while the observation group used the microecological bifid ttiple viable preparation combined with blue light therapy,and the curative effect was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 93.33%and 80.00%,and the index in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.462,P<0.05),and the clinical symptoms regression time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,during the treatment,the serum bilirubin level was lower than that in the control group,after treatment,the CRP concentration in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group[(9.41±1.74)mg/L vs(14.93±2.15)mg/L],and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.689,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of microecological bifid ttiple viable preparation combined with blue light therapy in treatment of neonatal jaundice is good,which can effectively and rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms,and it is worth clinical wide promotion and application.
