摘　　要：2018年的修改宪法首次将"中华民族"的表述载入宪法中,填补了"中华民族"之于宪法文本中长期缺位的遗憾。实际上,在"中华民族"入宪之前,中华民族共同体理念已长期内嵌于政治话语逻辑之中,并在法律法规、党代会报告、政府工作报告及习近平总书记公开系列讲话文稿中有不同程度的显示。"中华民族"入宪实则叠加了中国共产党在处理民族关系、构建民族共同体问题上颇为厚重的反思与沉淀,亦是立基于现实经验、响应时代需求的综合性考量。当然,文本语汇变迁的背后必然面临着深刻而复杂的历史性处境,也诠释与回应着各自不同的时代诉求。The 2018 revision of the constitution,which for the first time includes the expression"the Chinese nation"in the constitution.Actually,before the"Chinese nation"was incorporated into the constitution,the concept of the Chinese national community was actually embedded in the logic of political discourse for a long time.The concept of"Chinese nation"has been expressed in laws and regulations,party congress report,government work report and public speeches of general secretary Xi Jinping.The constitution of the"Chinese nation"actually reflects the communist party’s understanding on how to deal with national relations and build national community,and also caters to the realistic demand.The text behind the inevitable reflection of the deep and complex historical situation and the issue of the times.
