我国CPI权数调整中存在的问题及对策思考

摘　　要：近年来,我国CPI权数调整问题备受社会各界关注,而我国CPI权数调整的详细信息并不透明,由于CPI的权数调整会影响对CPI的测度,因此对CPI权数问题开展研究十分必要。文章从已有文献和居民消费价格报表制度出发,探讨当前我国CPI编制的权数问题,主要研究我国居民消费支出结构与权数设计之间的关系,总结我国CPI权数设置存在的问题,并对我国价格指数计算方法隐含权数的问题进行深入探讨,最后提出我国CPI编制的权数问题改革与发展的主要方向。In recent years,the adjustment of CPI weights has been the social focus in China,while the detailed information of CPI weight adjustment in China is not transparent.Since the weight adjustment of CPI will affect the measurement of CPI,it is necessary to conduct research on the weight of CPI.Starting from the existing literature and the consumer price statement system,this paper discusses the weights of CPI compilation in China,mainly studying the relationship between consumption expenditure structure and weight design.And then the paper summarizes the existing problems of CPI weight setting,and also discusses the implicit weight of price index calculation method in China.Finally the paper points out the main direction of reform and development in the weight of CPI compilation in China.
