摘 要:文章基于国家竞争优势理论构建了服务贸易-生态环境复合系统协调度测算指标体系,并选取低碳试点和服务贸易创新发展试点城市:天津市和上海市。以其2006—2015年的数据为样本,采用熵权法客观评价各指标权重,在此基础上,利用复合系统协调度模型对我国区域服务贸易-生态环境复合系统的协调度进行测评。结果表明,天津市复合系统协调度在区间[0,0.29]内震荡,上海市复合系统协调度在区间[0,0.19]内震荡,两者均处于失调状态,两个子系统虽还未形成协调发展机制,但整体呈现螺旋式上升的态势。Based on the theory of national competitive advantage,this paper constructs the index system of the coordination degree of service trade and ecological environment complex system,and selects the pilot cities of low carbon test and service trade innovation development:Tianjin and Shanghai,taking whose data from 2006 to 2015 as the sample to evaluate the weights of each index by using the entropy weight method.On the basis of this,the paper uses the coordination degree model of the composite system to evaluate the coordination degree of the regional service trade and ecological environment complex system in China.The results show that the coordination degree of Tianjin complex system oscillates in interval [0,0.29],and the degree of coordination of Shanghai complex system within interval [0,0.19],both of which are in a state of imbalance;the two subsystems have not yet formed a coordinated development mechanism,but the overall trend is of upward spiral.
