摘  要:目的研究雷公藤红素的抗氧化活性,为其药理活性研究奠定基础。方法运用DPPH法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、芬顿-水杨酸法、ABTS法等4种体外抗氧化活性检测方法,检测雷公藤红素清除自由基的能力。结果雷公藤红素能清除DPPH自由基,超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基、ABTS阳离子自由基,IC_(50)分别为0.16 mg·ml^(-1)、0.88 mg·ml^(-1)、0.43 mg·ml^(-1)、0.035 mg·ml^(-1),其对ABTS阳离子自由基清除作用最强,对超氧阴离子清除作用最弱。结论雷公藤红素具有体外抗氧化活性,但对上述4种自由基的清除程度不同。Objective The aim of this research was to study antioxidant activity of celastrol in vitro for the foundation of its pharmacological activity.Methods The antioxidant activity were determined by performing different antioxidant assays in vitro,including DPPH free radical scavenging,superoxide anion radical scavenging,hydrogen peroxide scavenging and ABTS radical scavenging.Results The results of antioxidation experiments showed that celastrol had certain clearance effect with dose-effect relationship on scavenging the four free radicals.And the IC50 of the different antioxidant assay is 0.16 mg·ml^-1,0.88 mg·ml^-1,0.43 mg·ml^-1 and 0.035 mg·ml^-1 respectively.Conclusion Celastrol has antioxidant effect in vitro,but there are different scavenging activities to the four kinds of free radical.
