银黄不同煎煮方式体外抗单疱病毒作用比较

摘　　要：目的考察抗病毒方银黄复方合煎与分煎提取液的体外抗病毒作用。方法建立人喉癌细胞(Hep2细胞)的体外单疱病毒1型增殖模型,采用体外CPE法,中性红染色法,比较合煎、分煎液抗单纯疱疹病毒活性的优劣,进而为下一步的实验做好前期准备。结果金银花、黄芩均具有抗疱疹病毒的活性,两种提取方式均具有体外抗疱疹病毒作用,且单煎后混合样品对疱疹病毒的抑制率高于合煎样品。结论不同煎煮方式对银黄复方制剂中具有抗疱疹病毒作用的有效成分的溶出有影响。Objective To compare the inhibitory action on HSV-1 by Yinhuang preparations of different decoctions.Methods Establish proliferation model in human laryngeal carcinoma cells(Hep2 cells),compare the activity of the single medicine decoction and mixed medicine decoction on the inhibitory action on Herpesvirus-1 by the method of CPE in vitro and neutral red staining,thus do the preliminary experiments for the next preparation.Results Honeysuckle and Scutellaria all have inhibitory action on HSV-1,the viral suppression rate of the single medicine decoction is higher than that of mixed medicine decoction of Yinhuang preparations.Conclusion The separately decocted and mingly decocted have a difference to the inhibitory action on HSV-1.
