化痰健脾方结合西药治疗104例痰湿体质型2型糖尿病患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化痰健脾方治疗痰湿体质型2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选择痰湿体质型2型糖尿病患者104例,随机分成治疗组53例,对照组51例。二者均给予基础西药治疗,治疗组同时给予化痰健脾方,每日1剂,两组疗程皆为8周。治疗后观察两组体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后两小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、中医证候积分等指标。结果两组治疗后各血糖血脂相关指标皆有所改善(P<0.05)。较对照组而言,试验组TG、FINS、HOMA-IR指标更显效(P<0.01),试验组治疗后更能减轻胰岛素抵抗,降低血糖,对控制血脂效果更加明显。临床疗效方面,治疗组有效率为86.8%,对照组有效率为68.6%。结论化痰健脾方可以有效减轻体重,改善胰岛素抵抗,对于2型糖尿病痰湿体质患者降低体重指数、改善血脂血糖等指标有明显效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Jianpi Decoction in treating in type 2 diabetic patients with phlegm-dampness constitution.Methods 104 patients with phlegm-dampness type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 53 patients in the treatment group and 51 patients in the control group.Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was also given Huatan Jianpi Decoction,one dose per day,both groups of treatment courses were 8 weeks.Observed in the two groups after treatment,body mass index(BMI),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(2 HPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 C),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA IR),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL)-c),TCM syndrome integral,etc.Results After treatment,the blood glucose and lipid-related indicators of both groups were improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the indicators of TG,FINS and homa-ir in the experimental group were more effective(P<0.01).After treatment,the experimental group could reduce insulin resistance,reduce blood glucose,and have more obvious effect on the control of blood lipid.In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.8%,and that of the control group was 68.6%.Conclusion Huatan Jianpi Decoction can effectively reduce weight and improve insulin resistance.There are obvious effects on reducing body mass index and improving blood lipid and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients with phlegm-dampness constitution.
