摘  要:以某款国产反铲液压挖掘机为例,通过对该挖掘机实况挖掘性能的测试,探索经验危险工况和实测危险工况的区别;在测试危险工况下,利用有限元分析方法,揭示工作装置内部加强板合理布置的方案。以斗杆为研究对象,结果表明:该机型斗杆的测试危险工况与经验危险工况偏差较大;加强板布置在62.5o时,斗杆整体强度最高。Taking a domestic hydraumatic backacting excavator as an example, through the test of the excavator real-time excavation performance, the difference between the experienced dangerous working condition and the measured dangerous working condition is explored;under the dangerous condition test, the finite element analysis method is used to reveal a scheme for rationally arranging the reinforcing plates inside the device. Taking the bucket arm as the research object, the results show that the test dangerous condition of the bucket arm of the model has a large deviation from the empirical dangerous working condition;when the reinforcing plate is arranged at 62.5°, the overall strength of the bucket arm is the highest.
