摘　　要：机缘成熟、梦想和使命交汇,绘出了《管理学季刊》的创刊愿景:聚集全球一流的管理学者,致力于中国管理学的理论创新和发展,尤其在战略、创新创业和组织领域打造一个一流的中文期刊,成为推动中国管理理论创新的重要平台。超越校办刊物的思路,将专业领域诸多学者之前分散的努力汇聚起来形成学术共同体,创办一个开放共享的高质量期刊平台,成为《管理学季刊》的创刊宗旨。不经意间,这与我们这个万物互联的平台和创新经济时代完全契合了,季刊很幸运地踏着时代的节拍前行。本文回顾了这一学术创业起始的三年历程,编委、作者和评审人以及学术共同体的集体行动和努力,朝向一流质量、科学严谨、国际规范、本土创新、中国贡献的目标迈进。这是一个共同的事业,一个由使命、共识和学术责任担当所铸就的事业。The Quarterly Journal Management(QJM)was founded in 2016 by a group of well-known Chinese management scholars both inside China and overseas.QJM aims to be a top-tier management journal in Chinese with a focus on strategic management,innovation,entrepreneurship,and organizations.In this paper,we,the four founding editors,explained the journey of how the jounial was founded and developed.We also highlighted the key success factors for the growth of the journal including focused strategy,professional and international team,rigorous review process,and developmental cultural value.We call for more scholars to join us and develop the journal into a prestigious academic platform for Chinese management research.
