摘  要:为适应快速变化的交通管理需求,解决地感线圈和微波车检器等传统车辆测速分析设备存在的使用寿命短、功能单一和运维成本高等问题,提出一种基于视频图像的车辆测速算法。该算法利用视频图像与实际距离的对应关系建立像素到距离的二维映射表,可直接利用现有的监控摄像机,通过寻找目标在时间序列中的像素位置坐标,将其转换成实际距离坐标,求出最佳的时间-距离曲线,从而计算出目标的真实速度。经验证,该算法的准确率高、抗干扰性强、通用性好。The traditional vehicle speed analysis methods relying on the information from the ground coil or microwave inspection devices appear to be not appropriate for the fast developing traffic management because of the weakness of the sensors, such as short service life and high operation and maintenance cost. This paper proposes an algorithm of measuring vehicle speed through analyzing the video images from the monitoring cameras which are already equipped for traffic management needs. The two-dimensional mapping and least square method is used in the algorithm to determine the optimal estimates of the target coordinates in time sequence and the speed of the target. The algorithm is verified accurate, antigamming and universal.
