管内旋流特性与传热效果的关联性分析

摘  要:应用数值模拟方法对内置扭旋元件的管内旋流特性与传热效果的关联性进行研究,首次提出表征螺旋流径向流动强度的"径流数"概念及表达式,并与表征螺旋流周向流动强度的"旋流数"进行对比,获得径流数,旋流数和努塞尔数随换热管轴向位置及雷诺数变化的对应关系.研究结果表明:旋流数和径流数均与努塞尔数沿换热管轴向呈现良好的匹配关系,变化趋势和极值位置几乎相同,而径流数与努塞尔数的吻合程度更优,说明通过扭旋元件旋流特性的研究在一定程度上可以替代传热特性研究,缩短扭旋元件的研发周期;管内努塞尔数均随着雷诺数的增大而提高,而旋流数及径流数受雷诺数的影响不大,没能反映出雷诺数对传热效果的影响,应对这两个参数进一步改进,扩大其应用范围.In this paper,the correlation between swirl characteristics and heat transfer performance in a tube with twisted elements is studied by means of numerical simulation.The concept and expression of ′radial-flow number′,which represents the intensity of radial motion of swirling flow is proposed for the first time,and compared with the ′swirl number′ which characterizes the circumferential flow intensity of swirling flow.The relationships among the radial-flow number,the swirl number and the Nusselt number with the pipe axial position and Reynolds number are obtained.The results showed that the swirl number,radial-flow number and Nusselt number had a good matching relationship along the axial direction of the heat transfer pipe,and the variation trend and extreme position were almost the same,while the radial-flow number and Nusselt number were in better agreement.It showed that the study of swirl characteristics of twisted elements could replace the study of heat transfer characteristics to a certain extent,which may shorten the Research and Development cycle of twisted components.The number of Nusselt in the tube increased with the increase of Reynolds number,and the number of swirls and runoff were not affected by Reynolds number,which can not reflect the influence of Reynolds number on heat transfer effect.The two parameters should be further improved and their application range should be expanded.
