摘  要:引汉济渭二期工程北干线压力管道拟采用预应力钢筒混凝土管道(PCCP),管道存在被土壤腐蚀的可能,对管道沿线进行土壤腐蚀性测试PCCP管腐蚀性进行评价,结果显示,沿线地层对钢结构具腐蚀性,腐蚀等级为微~强腐蚀;管道沿线粗、细粒土对钢结构的腐蚀性等级差别较大。根据评价结果建议采用防腐层外加阴极保护的联合防护措施;设计防护措施时可在确保工程安全运行的前提下,根据管道所处土壤类别分别设计;及早建立PCCP管土壤腐蚀性评价体系。可为管道防腐设计提供依据。It is proposed to use prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe (PCCP) for the pressure line of the north main line of the 2nd phase of North Main Line of Phase II Diversion from Han to Wei Project. The pipeline may be corroded by soil. The corrosion of the PCCP pipe was evaluated by soil corrosion testing along the pipeline. The results show that the stratum along the line is corrosive to the steel structure, and the corrosion grade is micro-strong, the corrosion grade of the coarse and fine-grained soil along the pipeline is different. According to the evaluation results, it is recommended to use the joint protection measures of anti-corrosion layer plus cathodic protection;when designing protective measures, it can be designed according to the soil type of the pipeline under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the project;it is recommended to establish the soil corrosion evaluation system of PCCP pipe as soon as possible. Provide a basis for pipeline anti-corrosion design.
