摘　　要：全面推进依法治国作为"四个全面"战略布局的重要组成部分,是新时代治国理政的思想指引和前行路径。科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法皆以"人"为着力点。依法治国的实现离不开"关键少数"的引领和坚守。法学教育和实践作为培养法治思维、领导素养的重要渠道,在我国社会领导阶层的培养和实践中的地位愈加重要。从历史上看,法学素养与社会领导阶层联系紧密,法学教育和实践对领导阶层的影响和塑造源远流长。本文将以历史上部分国家领导阶层的法学教育和实践经历为切入点,探寻法学教育和实践在社会领导阶层培育中的主要作用及其所形成的法学素养作为社会领导阶层素质的重要意义。As an important part of the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,comprehensively advancing the law-based governance is the ideological guidance and leading path of China’s governance in the new era.People are the focus of making laws in a scientific way,enforcing them strictly,administering justice impartially,and ensuring that everyone abides by the law.The implementation of the law-based governance cannot be separated from the guidance and adherence of the"key few".Legal education and practice,as two important channels for cultivating legal thinking and leadership literacy,are playing a more and more important role in the cultivation and practice of social leadership in China.Historically,legal capability has long been relevant to the social leadership,with legal education and practice exerting profound influence on the leadership cultivation.Taking legal education and practical experience of the leadership of some countries in the history as a starting point,this paper explores the important role legal education and practice play in leadership cultivation,and the great significance of legal capability for social leadership.
