摘 要:为了高效综合利用我国储量丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源,文章对钒钛磁铁精矿综合利用的研究进展进行了评述,重点分析比较了高炉-转炉法、直接还原法、钾化焙烧-酸浸提钒法以及铝酸钠溶液浸出-钛铁分离等方法各自的研究结果。采用高炉-转炉法,精矿中铁和钒的回收率可分别达到90%和98%,而钛难以被回收;采用直接还原法,铁、钛和钒的回收率可分别达到89%、95%和84%;采用钾化焙烧-酸浸提钒法,钒浸出率可达75%以上;采用铝酸钠溶液浸出-钛铁分离法,铁的回收率可达75%,钛的回收率仅为20%。基于已有方法的分析和比较,并结合探索性研究,对今后钒钛磁铁精矿高效综合利用研究提出了看法。To efficiently utilize abundant vanadium-titanium magnetite resources in China,the article reviews the research progresses in the comprehensive utilization of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite concentrate,focuses on analyzing and comparing the research results of the treatment methods for the concentrate including blast furnace, direct reduction,potassium salts roasting followed by vanadium extracting from acidic solution,and leaching titanium from sodium aluminate solution followed by iron separation. With the blast furnace method,the recovery of iron and vanadium of the concentrate can reach 90% and 98% respectively,but titanium is difficult to be recovered. With the direct reduction method,the recovery of iron,vanadium and titanium can be up to 89%,95% and 84% respectively. With the method of potassium salts roasting followed by vanadium extracting from acidic solution,the leaching efficiency of vanadium is more than 75%. With the method of leaching titanium from sodium aluminate solution followed by iron separation,the recovery of iron is 75%,but that of titanium is only 20%. Additionally,some views on the future comprehensive utilization study of the concentrate were presented based on the analysis and comparison of the existent methods and authors’exploratory research.
