摘　　要：大学生创新创业能力和素质的提高是推动创新型现代化国家建设的需要。当前我国大部分高等院校的大学生创新创业教育体系面临资源单一、与专业脱节、重理论轻实践等问题,严重制约了大学生创新创业教育的效果和效率,通过修订人才培养方案和课程大纲、优化创新创业教育资源、构建创新创业教育信息化平台等措施,加强学生创新创业教育的管理和实施,提高高校创新创业教育的效果和效率。Improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and quality of college students are needed to promote the construction of an innovation-oriented modern country.Aiming at the problems such as single resources,disconnection with specialty,and emphasis on theory and practice,this paper explores a new model to strengthen and improve the cultivation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.It will strengthen the management and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students through the revision of training programs and curricula,the optimization of innovative entrepreneurship education resources,and the establishment of an information platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education.It can effectively improve the level of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training.The practice shows that it is an effective way to construct a new type of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training system based on information technology.
