大连建设制造强市的路径分析

摘　　要：制造业是大连的传统支柱产业,在全市经济发展中居于举足轻重的地位。2016年1月大连印发了《中国制造2025大连行动计划》,提出将在2020年建设成国内领先、具有一定国际影响力的制造强市。大连市制造业经过多年发展,虽然具备了建设制造强市的一定基础,但障碍因素依然很多,大连市应从完善制造业创新体系、提升自主创新能力,推动传统优势产业转型升级、大力发展智能制造等方面推进制造强市的建设。Manufacturing is the traditional pillar industry of Dalian and plays a pivotal role in the city’s economic development. In January 2016, Dalian issued the "Made in China 2025 Dalian Action Plan" in which proposing to build into a leading domestic manufacturing city with certain international influence by 2020. After years of development, Dalian’s manufacturing industry has a certain foundation for building a manufacturing strong city. However, there are still many obstacles, such as, Dalian should improve the manufacturing innovation system, enhance its independent innovation capability, promote transformation and upgrading of traditional advantageous industry and tinally, develop the smart manufacturing to promote the construction of a strong manufacturing city.
