摘  要:冷藏车在生鲜货物运输过程中,需对温度、湿度、制冷压缩机电压电流、抽湿电机电压电流等六种物理量进行实时检测,以保证冷冻状态符合要求。考虑冷藏车车体对于电磁信号有一定的影响,无线检测方式存在一定的不稳定性。本文提出了一种基于有线式LIN总线的冷藏车冷冻状态信号检测总成,利用LIN总线从节点进行温度等多个物理量的信号采集传输,主节点实现对物理量的实时显示,同时主节点预留CAN总线接口链接车载信息系统,为实现可靠检测冷藏车多传感器信号提供了良好的工程实现方案。During the transportation of fresh goods, refrigerated trucks need a real-time detection assembly of temperature, humidity, voltage and current of refrigeration compressor, voltage and current of dehumidification motor to ensure that the refrigerated state meets the requirements. Considering the influence of refrigerated car body on electromagnetic signal, the wireless detection method has certain instability. This paper presents a refrigerated vehicle freezing state signal detection assembly based on wired LIN bus, which collects and transmits signals of many physical quantities such as temperature by using LIN bus slave node. The main node realizes real-time display of physical quantities. At the same time, the main node reserves CAN bus interface to link the vehicle information system, and the assembly provides a project realization schemefor reliable detection of multi-sensor signals of refrigerated vehicles.
