被撤并学校体育场地服务于农村全民健身的困境与对策

摘　　要：通过文献法、访谈法等了解我国"撤点并校"的相关情况及农村全民健身发展现状,认为"撤点并校"过程中被撤并学校体育场地具有服务于农村全民健身的资源优势、政策优势和现实需要。在被撤并学校体育场地改造和服务利用过程中也存在一些困难,主要有场地改造主体复杂且不明确、来自被撤并学校利益相关者的自利行为牵制、体育场地改造资金短缺、农民体育健身意识落后、场地无人管理等,在分析困境的基础上提出相应对策。The research is conducted through literature consultation and other ways to understand the status of "school-closing" and rural fitness development, and it concludes that there are some advantages in the process of this closed rural primary and secondary schools service to the rural fitness for sake of resource allocation, policy benefits and people’s actual needs. Nevertheless, there are some difficulties in the process as it is showed in term of complex and indefinite of construction subject, stakeholder obstruction, shortage of funds, backward of farmer’s sports fitness awareness, unmanned site management. This paper gives corresponding countermeasures which based on the analysis of the plight.
