西南某部高原驻训官兵疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的:调查某部官兵进入高原驻训后疾病谱的变化情况,为维护官兵健康提供参考依据。方法:通过统计2018-07-10～09-01门诊和巡诊中680名高原驻训官兵疾病的发生情况,进行流行病学分析。结果:该部官兵高原驻训期间,发病率前3位的疾病依次为呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病和五官疾病。驻训初期以上呼吸道感染和急性高原反应最多,中期消化系统和五官疾病的发病人数逐渐增多,后期则以皮肤疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病及其他不明症状疾病为主。结论:官兵进入高原驻训,应根据不同驻训时期的疾病谱采取有针对性的防治措施。Objective:To investigate the changes of disease spectrum of officers and soldiers stationed in plateau,and to provide reference for maintaining their health.Methods:A total of680 officers and soliders of outpatient and patrol diseases from 2018-07-01 to 09-01 were counted,and epidemiological were analyzed.Results:The top three incidence rates were respiratory diseases,digestive diseases and ENT diseases in turn during the plateau training period.The upper respiratory tract infections and acute altitude reactions were the most in the early of training period,the digestive system and ENT disease increased gradually in the middle training period,skin diseases,musculoskeletal diseases and other diseases were the main diseases in the later period.Conclusion:Officers and soldiers enter the plateau for training,corresponding preventive measures should be taken according to the different periods of training.
