少烟低特征信号推进剂用高效键合剂研究

摘　　要：针对丁羟(HTPB)推进剂配方中添加少烟消焰材料用于改善其烟雾特性,造成配方体系界面复杂、药柱力学性能不佳的问题,选用多乙烯多胺和氯乙醇为原料,合成了多胺多羟基中间体;以低相对分子质量二元醇和硼酸三正丁酯为原料,合成了环状硼酸酯中间体;采用多胺多羟基中间体和环状硼酸酯中间体为原料,合成了3种新型键合剂。将其应用于HTPB推进剂装药配方试验,结果表明,相比在用的硼酸酯键合剂BA—5—JH,新合成的键合剂均能显著提高推进剂的常、高、低温力学性能,改善药浆的工艺性能,其中BA—2效果最佳。Aiming at the problem of complex interface of the formulation system and poor mechanical performance of the grain resulting from adding the less smoke and flame extinguishing materials in the formulation of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) propellant to improve its smoke characteristic, the polyamine polyhydroxyl intermediates were synthesized by using polyvinyl polyamines and chloroethanol as raw materials, the cyclic borate intermediate was synthesized by using the low relative molecular mass diol and tributyl borate as raw materials, three kinds of novel bonding agents were synthesized by using polyamine polyhydroxyl intermediates and cyclic borate intermediate as raw materials. They are applied to the HTPB propellant charge formulation test. The results show that compared with the existing BA-5-JH borate bonding agent, the new synthesized bonding agents can all significantly improve the mechanical performance of propellant at normal, high and low temperatures, and improve the technological performance of the slurry, among them the BA-2 possesses the optimal effect.
