摘　　要：全域旅游为新时期旅游业的发展提供了一种全新的发展理念,也是乡村旅游转型升级提升发展的理论根据。在实地调研的基础之上总结了目前山东乡村旅游发展的既有优势和存在的问题,提出了山东省乡村旅游提升的策略和保障机制,以临沂市为例阐述了乡村旅游的提升发展之路。Global tourism provides a brand new development concept for the development of tourism in the new era, and it is also a theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism. On the basis of field investigation, this paper summarizes the existing advantages and problems of rural tourism development in Shandong, puts forward the strategies and guarantee mechanism for the promotion of rural tourism in Shandong Province. Finally, taking Linyi city as an example, this article expounds the road of rural tourism promotion and development.
