知信行模式对瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗颜面部大面积烧伤患者的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的研究对瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗颜面部大面积烧伤患者采用知信行护理模式干预的疗效。方法选取40例于2016年1月至2018年6月来我院行瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗的颜面部大面积烧伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,观察组以知信行护理模式为指导实施护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较干预后两组的不良情绪评分、疾病认知度及并发症发生率。结果干预后观察组的SDS评分、SAS评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05);干预后观察组的认知度(90.00%)高于对照组的(55.00%)(P <0.05)。结论对瘢痕预构皮瓣治疗颜面部大面积烧伤患者采用知信行护理模式干预,可促进患者精神状态达到最佳,提高疾病认知,降低不良反应。Objective To study the effect of knowledge,belief and practice nursing intervention on patients with large area facial burn treated with scar prefabricated skin flap.Methods Forty patients with large area facial burn treated with scar prefabricated skin flaps in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.The observation group was guided by knowledge,belief and practice nursing mode,while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The adverse emotion score,disease awareness and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the SDS score,SAS score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cognitive level in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of knowledge,belief and practice nursing model in the treatment of large area facial burn patients with scar prefabricated skin flaps can promote patients’mental state to reach the best,improve disease awareness and reduce adverse reactions.
