“省直管县”体制改革对县域经济发展的影响测度——基于浙江省和四川省的数据

摘　　要：大量定性研究表明,"省直管县"体制改革对县域经济发展具有积极影响。本文构建了以县域经济发展为核心的"省直管县"体制改革成效评价指标体系,采用双重差分法对浙江和四川两省"省直管县"体制改革对县域经济发展的影响进行评估。结果表明:浙江省的改革对县域经济发展影响呈现递减的趋势,而四川省的改革对县域经济发展的影响呈现递增的趋势。A large number of qualitative studies show that the reform of "provinces directly administrate counties" system has a positive impact on county economic development.This paper takes county economic development as the core of the effectiveness index system,and uses the double difference method to evaluate the effectiveness of the reform of "provinces directly administrate counties" system in Zhejiang and Sichuan provinces. The result shows that with the advance of the reform, the influence of the reform of "provinces directly administrate counties" system in Zhejiang province on county economic development appears to be decreasing, while that of Sichuan province on county economic development shows increasing trend.
