摘　　要：基于中国劳动力动态调查数据中农民工样本的数据分析,本文探讨了就业质量对农民工精神健康的影响。研究发现:劳动强度、工作自主性、工作满意度、工作价值感、工作压力等就业质量变量对农民工的精神健康有显著的影响。此外,就业质量对不同代际农民工的精神健康的影响存在差异。因此,提升就业质量、构建社会资本是提升农民工精神健康的可能路径。Based on the data analysis of migrant workers’ samples in the data of China’s labor force dynamic survey, this article discusses the effect of employment quality on the mental health of migrant workers. It is found that employment quality variables such as labor intensity, job autonomy, job satisfaction, work stress, and job value have a significant impact on the mental health situation of migrant workers. In addition, there are intergenerational differences in the impact of employment quality on the mental health situation of migrant workers. A possible path to improve the mental health of migrant workers is to enhance the employment quality of migrant workers and build migrant workers’ network capital.
