摘　　要：随着钢铁行业竞争越来越激烈,提高劳动生产率、削减人员和实行设备维检服务外包模式已经成为一种趋势,这种模式已经为国内各大钢铁企业所采用。本文重点介绍了首钢京唐公司在设备维检服务外包模式下对承包商的管理方式。Raising labor productivity,reducing employees and implementing outsourcing mode of equipment maintenance services have become trends due to more and more shaiply competitions in iron and steel industry.And this mode has been adopted by the major steel companies in China.This paper focuses on the management methods to some contractors under the outsourcing mode of equipment inspection services in Shougang Jingtang Company.
