摘  要:季生产的Q345B热轧板卷易出现强度升高和塑性下降的问题,并可能导致力学性能不合格。通过对比冬季不同时期的轧制工艺条件和环境因素,确定气温及冷却水温度剧烈降低是产生该问题的直接原因。采取稳定水温、优化卷取温度及冷却工艺等措施后,有效解决了冬季厚规格Q345B热轧板卷力学性能异常的问题。The Q345B hot strip produced in winter was prone to the problem of strength increase and plasticity decrease,which might result in unqualified mechanical properties.By comparing the rolling process conditions and environmental factors in different periods in winter,it was determined that the direct cause of this problem was the severe decrease of the temperature of the atmosphere and the cooling water.After taking measures such as stabilizing the water temperature,optimizing the coiling temperature and cooling process,the problem of abnormal mechanical properties of thick Q345B hot strip produced in winter was effectively solved.
