《黄帝内经》浅刺法探析

摘　　要：通过分析《黄帝内经》及中医文献中有关浅刺的论述,认为浅刺法之效应机制与其特殊的针刺部位及细微的针刺刺激量相关。浅刺之位在十二皮部、孙络,刺十二皮部可调卫外,刺孙络可调气血,循经络系统逐层达病所。以浅刺之量,刺激关阖枢部位,调整气机枢纽,沟通阴阳,促使气之出入升降于表里上下,达到阴平阳秘、调和气血、祛邪扶正的作用。By analyzing the statements of shallow needling recorded in Huangdi’s Cannon of Medicine and related traditional Chinese medical literature,we concluded that the clinical efficacy of shallow needling is correlated with the needling position and the mild needling stimulation.Shallow needling position involves cutaneous region and minute collaterals.Needling of twelve cutaneous regions can regulate defensive Qi,and needling of minute collaterals can regulate Qi and blood,which will lead the needling efficacy to the focus along the meridian layer-by-layer.By stimulating the bolt,panel and pivot of the meridians,shallow needling can regulate Qi movement pivot,balance Yin and Yang,and promote the ascending,descending,exiting,and entering of Qi to the exterior,interior,upper,and lower,which contributes to Yin and Yang equilibrium,Qi and blood harmony,and supporting healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens.
