摘　　要：刮痧疗法作为中医特色非药物外治技术,其临床运用广泛且疗效确切。通过回顾近年相关研究,从刮痧对新陈代谢、免疫抗炎、神经调节、内分泌、皮肤组织血管等的影响来综述刮痧的疗效机制。结果显示刮痧疗法可促进机体新陈代谢,调节免疫抗炎系统及激素水平,改善经络循行处的血液微循环。认为今后对刮痧疗法应加强其疗法的规范化,着眼于高水平的应用型研究;应采用分子生物学、基因组学等现代科学技术来研究刮痧的疗效机制。As a specific non-drug external therapy in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,scraping therapy has been widely used in clinic and exerts certain therapeutic effect.The recent reports of therapeutic mechanism of scraping therapy were reviewed in this study.The results indicated that scraping therapy has an effect on metabolism,immunoregulation and anti-inflammation,neuromodulation,endocrinology,and skin tissue blood vessels,which was shown as promoting metabolism,regulating immune and inflammatory factors as well as hormone level,and promoting micro-circulation of blood vessels along the meridians.It is suggested that the standardization of scraping and high-level applied research should be needed for the study of scraping therapy,and research on therapeutic mechanism of scraping therapy should be carried out by adopting the modern technology of molecular biology and genomics.
