基于更新版指南研究与评价工具的特应性皮炎循证指南质量评价

摘　　要：通过搜集国内外公开发布的特应性皮炎中西医循证指南,采用更新版指南研究与评价工具(AGREE II)分别对指南的6个领域(范围和目的、参与人员、制定的严谨性、表达的明晰性、应用性、编辑的独立性)进行评价,并全面评估指南。结果共纳入10部指南,其中中医指南有1部。指南评价6个领域的平均得分(标化为百分比)分别为"范围和目的"65.07%、"参与人员"58.59%、"制订的严谨性"55.60%、"表达的清晰性"87.64%、"应用性"26.04%、"编辑独立性"46.88%。分析结果强烈推荐的指南有2部。提示目前特应性皮炎循证指南的表达的明晰性领域得分较高,但在应用性和编辑独立性领域仍有待提高。同时,亟待制定国内高质量的特应性皮炎循证指南。After collecting the atopic dermatitis evidence-based guidelines of Chinese and western medicine which had been published at home and abroad,we assessed each guideline by Revised Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation(AGREEⅡ).Data in each guideline was analyzed in terms of six domains of the AGREEⅡ,and then the comprehensive quality of the guideline was assessed.The results showed that a total of 10 guidelines were included,and there was one Chinese medicine guide line in the 10 guidelines.The mean scores for six AGREEⅡdomains were as follows:65.07%for scope and purpose,58.59%for stakeholder involvement,55.60%for rigor in development,87.64%for clarity of presentation,26.04%for applicability,and 46.88%foreditorial independence.According the evaluation results,two guidelines were strongly recommended.It is indicated that at present,the atopic dermatitis evidence-based guidelines have a higher level of clarity of presentation,but still need to be improved in the field of applicability and editorial independence.Meanwhile,it is urgent to establish the high-quality evidence-based guidelines for atopic dermatitis in our country.
