摘　　要：本文从配料系统的缺点出发,对自动配料系统改造的目标进行剖析,总结自动配料系统改造后所达到的效果和效益,进而提出如何对不定形耐火材料自动配料系统进行改造。改造后使不定型耐火材料生产满足环保要求,提升生产配料精准度,减少配料测量误差,保证产品质量,科学实现自动化管理。Based on the shortcomings of the distribution system, this paper analyzes the objectives of the automatic distribution system modification, summarizes the effects and benefits achieved after modification, and then proposes how to reform it. After the modification, the production of unshaped refractory meets environmental protection requirements, improves the accuracy of production distributing, reduces the distributing error, ensures product quality to realizes automatic management.
