摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)理念下的胃癌围手术期前移护理模式对临床指标、负性情绪和并发症的影响.方法将2015年6月~2016年6月该院收治的行围术期常规护理模式的胃癌患者57例纳入对照组,再将2016年7月~2017年7月该院收治的行ERAS理念下围术期前移护理模式的胃癌患者57例纳入观察组.对比两组临床指标、负性情绪变化和并发症发生率.结果观察组术后初次排气时间、术后下床活动时间、拔除胃管时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论ERAS理念下的围手术期前移护理模式应用于胃癌根治术患者可促进术后恢复,减少并发症发生,减轻负性情绪,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the effect of the preoperative advance-care mode of gastric cancer on clinical indicators,negative emotions and complications under the Enhanced Recovery After Surger(ERAS)concept.Meth-ods From June 2015 to June 2016,57 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted to the hospital for routine perioperative care were included in the control group.Then 57 patients with gastric cancer who received the ERAS idea from July 2016 to July 2017 in the hospital during the perioperative period in the forward nursing mode were included in the obser-vation group.The clinical indicators,negative emotional changes and the incidence of complications were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The time of primary exhaust,postoperative time of getting out of bed,time of gastric tube removal and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The ERAS concept of periop-erative advance-care mode applied in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy can promote postoperative recovery,re-duce complications and reduce negative emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
