摘　　要：倾泻式"宣泄"言语行为发生在人际交往的过程中,形成一种倾泻者有意识地主动发起的以自我为中心建构起来的单方主导式会话,倾泻者以宣泄自我的情感或诉求等为主要目的,并不刻意追求交际对方的接受或理解。倾泻式宣泄言语行为具有特定的背景和特殊的交际过程,具有情绪主导性、情感冲动性、话语倾泻性、目的可逆性等特点,可以分为沉溺、赌气和维尊三种类型,它们各自有着不同的特征。在现实的社会生活中,这种言语行为往往有百害而无一利,是需要我们加强语用元意识进行调控、防止发生的一种言语行为。The torrential catharsis verbal act happens in the process of interpersonal communication, taking shape a self-centered unilateral leading conversation initiated by the speaker consciously and voluntarily. The main purpose of the speaker is to catharsis his own emotions or appeals, and to not deliberately pursue opposite^ acceptance or understanding.The torrential **catharsis" verbal act have specific backgrounds and special communicative processes. It has many characteristics of emotional domination, emotional impulsion, discourse pour and reversible aims. They can be divided into three types: indulgence, pique and honor-holding. They each have different characteristics. In the actual social life, this kind of verbal act often has a lot of harm without benefits, It is a verbal act that we need to strengthen the meta-pragmatic awareness to prevent from happening.
