摘　　要：以醛亚胺为固化剂制备了一种双固化单组分聚氨酯密封胶,考察了固化剂对聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:相对于普通聚氨酯密封胶,该密封胶在高温高湿下固化不鼓包,耐热性明显提高,对多种基材粘接性能优异。A kind of double-curing single component polyurethane sealant was prepared with the self-made aldimine as curing agent. The effect of curing agent on the properties of polyurethane sealant was investigated. The research results showed that compared with ordinary polyurethane sealant,the sealant cured at high temperature and high humidity without bulging,the heat resistance was obviously improved,and the bonding properties to various substrates were excellent.
