摘　　要：初审工作是一项细致而烦琐的工作,也是编辑工作的一个重要环节。青年编辑初审学术稿件时要坚持"1个中心",把握"2个基本点",做好"3个判断",检查"4个一致",即要做到"1234"。The preliminary examination is a meticulous and tedious work,and it is very important in the editing work. When young editors evaluate the academic manuscripts,they should adhere to one center and two basic points;grasping the innovation,authenticity and standardization of the article;and making the content and form of the article consistent with each other.
