摘 要:针对薄壁封头在传统中心约束旋压过程中出现的壁厚不均匀性问题,构建了2250mm大型薄壁封头外环约束无模旋压的1∶1三维有限元模型。研究了进给率和旋轮圆角半径对旋压件的壁厚精度影响规律。研究表明,在第一道次剪切旋压中,小的进给率和圆角半径对目标构件的壁厚精度有利,在后续扩径旋压中,进给率和圆角半径越大,壁厚均匀性越好。同时,采用通过模拟仿真得到的最优工艺参数,在外环约束无模旋压平台上成功旋制出了2250mm大型薄壁封头构件。采用超声波测厚仪测量成形件沿母线方向的壁厚,其壁厚波动规律与仿真结果基本一致,且壁厚均匀性良好。For the problem of wall thickness non-uniformity occurring in the traditional central restraint spinning process of thin-walled heads,a 1∶ 1 three-dimensional finite element model of 2250 mm large thin-walled head by dieless spinning with outer ring restrainning was constructed,and the influences of feed rate and spining roller corner radius on the wall thickness accuracy of spinning parts were studied. Research shows that in the first pass of spinning,the small feed rate and spining roller corner radius are beneficial to wall thickness accuracy,and in the subsequent expanding spinning,the greater the feed rate and spining roller corner radius,the better the wall thickness uniformity. At the same time,a 2250 mm large thin-walled head member is successfully fabricated on the platform of dieless spinning with outer ring restrainning through the optimal process parameters obtained by simulation. Moreover,the wall thickness of the formed part along the busbar direction is measured by ultrasonic thickness gauge,the wall thickness fluctuation law is basically consistent with the simulation result,and the wall thickness uniformity is good.
