摘 要:采用热弹塑性有限元法,利用DEFORM-3D软件模拟叶片锻造过程中模具型面的弹性变形。分析了不同锻压步数下的模具型面的弹性变形量,并对Z=75 mm、Z=35 mm和Z=5 mm模具型面截面弹性变形量及变形规律进行了分析。分析结果表明,精锻完成后,模具型腔表面不同部位发生了不同程度的弹性变形,进出气边弹性变形量较小,叶身心部模具的弹性变形量大,最大为0. 2 mm。阐述了原始模具型面弹性补偿的必要性,分析了模具型面弹性补偿方法,提出了模具型面反向补偿法,利用UG二次开发技术,对叶片模具型面预补偿设计进行了参数化实现,分析了Z=75 mm、Z=35 mm和Z=5 mm的模具型面补偿效果。分析结果显示,叶片的最大偏差量不超过0. 02 mm。通过实验验证了模具表面补偿方法的准确性和可靠性。The elastic deformation of the mold profile during blade forging was simulated by the thermal elastoplastic finite element method and software DEFORM-3D,and the amount of elastic deformation of the mold profile under different forging steps was analyzed. Then,the amount of elastic deformation and deformation law of the mold profile with Z = 75 mm,Z = 35 mm and Z = 5 mm were analyzed,respectively. The analysis results show that after the precision forging,the different degrees of elastic deformation occur in different parts of the mold cavity surface,the amount of elastic deformation of the inlet and outlet air is small,and in the heart of the blade body reaches maximum 0. 2 mm. Then,the necessity of the elastic compensation of the original mold surface was expounded,and the elastic compensation method of the mold surface was analyzed to propose the reverse compensation method of the mold surface. Furthermore,the parameterized design of blade die surface pre-compensation was realized by UG secondary development technology,and the die surface compensation effects with Z = 75 mm,Z = 35 mm and Z = 5 mm were analyzed,respectively. Finally,the analysis results show that the maximum deviation of the blade does not exceed 0. 02 mm. The accuracy and reliability of the mold surface compensation method were verified by experiments.
