摘  要:采用正交试验法,选取退火温度、保温时间、冷却方式3个工艺参数为试验因素,以热处理后工件的抗拉强度和布氏硬度为评价指标,并按正交试验表进行了9组试验。通过对灰色关联系数和灰色关联度的计算和分析,进而实现多目标参数优化,获得了优化的热处理工艺参数组合及热处理工艺参数对评价指标的影响程度顺序。结果表明:影响锡青铜筒形件力学性能的工艺参数顺序依次为:退火温度>保温时间>冷却方式,工件采用优化的工艺参数组合进行热处理后,其力学性能比一般热处理后的更高。Taking the annealing temperature,holding time and cooling method as experimental factors and the tensile strength and brinell hardness of the workpiece after heat treatment as evaluation indexes,nine groups of tests were conducted according to the orthogonal test table,and through the calculation and the analysis of the grey correlation coefficient and grey correlation degree,the multi-objective parameter optimization was realized to obtain the optimal heat treatment parameter combination and the order of influence of the heat treatment parameters on the evaluation index. The results show that the order influencing mechanical properties of the cylindrical parts is annealing temperature > holding time > cooling mode,and mechanical properties of the workpiece after heat treatment with optimized parameter combination are higher than that after the general heat treatment.
