摘  要:近年来,全球大气污染日趋严重,人类健康问题也受到相关国家及地区的关注和重视;尤其是可吸入颗粒物(PM)对人类心血管疾病造成的威胁已成为国内外研究热点,诸多研究表明大气可吸入颗粒物与心血管疾病的发生呈正相关性。本文将从可吸入颗粒物与心血管疾病的相关性及可能的病理机制(炎症反应、氧化应激、自主神经功能失衡、心肌细胞离子通道、凝血系统等)进行阐述。In recent years, facing the increasingly prominent air pollution, many countries are attac-hing importance to public health issues related to human. Many studies show that there is a positive correlation between inhalable paniculate matter and the risk of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, the threat of inhalable particulate matter (PM) to human cardiovascular disease has become popular research topics. The paper summarizes recent progress in researches of the pathological mechanism and correlation on cardiovascular diseases, such as inflammation reaction, oxidative stress, autonomic dysfunction, cardiac cell membranes ion channels, coagulation system.
