摘 要:对汽车用2A50铝合金试样进行搅拌摩擦加工(Friction Stir Processing,FSP)处理,分析其耐磨损性能和显微组织。结果表明,2A50铝合金经过FSP处理后,晶粒得到明显细化,耐磨损性能显著提高。当搅拌头旋转速度从600r/min逐步增大到1 800 r/min时,合金的晶粒先细化后粗化,耐磨损性能先提高后下降。与未进行FSP处理的相比,采用1 200 r/min旋转速度进行FSP处理后,2A50铝合金试样的磨损体积减小了32. 7%,耐磨损性能显著提高。2A50 aluminum alloy specimens for automobile were treated by FSP ( friction stir processing), and the wear resistance and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that FSP treatment significantly refines the internal grains and improves wear resistance of the specimens. As the rotation speed increases from 600 r/min to 1 800 r/min, the grains of the specimens are first refined and then coarsened, while the wear resistance increases first and then decreases. Compared with the sample without FSP treatment, the wear volume decreases by 32. 7% and the wear resistance improves significantly after FSP treatment with the rotation speed of 1 200 r/min.
