摘　　要：作为一个农业人口占绝对多数的国家,我国农村消费市场的发展对经济繁荣的贡献十分重要。目前我国农村地区消费水平逐年提高但基数较低,农村金融发展水平逐年深化但仍有瓶颈。根据二者相似的发展趋势,可以通过多元回归分析确立农村金融发展与农村居民消费的函数关系。农村金融发展可以通过增加居民收入、改善消费环境、建立保险保障来促进农村居民消费;然而,当前我国农村金融发展对农村居民消费却具有诸多抑制效应。因此,需要在加快农村互联网金融体系建设、改善农村金融机构经营环境、推动农村消费信贷产品创新、完善农村征信体系等方面采取有针对性的政策措施。As a country with an absolute proportion of agricultural population,the contribution of China’s rural consumer market to economic prosperity is very important. At present,the consumption level in rural areas in China is increasing year by year but with low base. The level of rural financial development is deepening year by year,but there are still bottlenecks. According to the similar development trend of the two,the functional relationship between rural financial development and rural residents’ consumption can be established through multiple regression analysis. Rural financial development can promote rural residents’ consumption by increasing residents’ income,improving the consumption environment,and establishing insurance guarantees. However,China’s rural financial development has many restraining effects on rural residents’ consumption. Therefore,it is necessary to adopt targeted policy measures in accelerating the construction of rural internet financial system,improving rural financial institutions,promoting rural consumer credit product innovation,and perfecting rural credit information systems.
