摘 要:目的对某机械制造企业焊合车间改造前后噪声的强度进行调查分析,了解并评价职业病危害防护措施的防护效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查,职业卫生检测,采用检查表法、类比法进行综合分析。结果该企业焊合车间整改前噪声的合格率为41.0%,改造后噪声的合格率为100.0%。改造前后合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=81.8,P<0.05)。结论此次整改降噪措施达到预期控制效果。Objective To evaluation on the protecting effect of occupational hazards by investigate and compare the intensity of noise in the welding workshop of a mechanical manufacture enterprise before and after a renovation of noise.Methods A synthetical analysis was conducted with method of check table and analogy analysis by investigiation of occupational health and detection of occupational hazards factor. Results The percent of pass of the noise of the welding workshop of the enterprise is 41.0 % before the renovation and the percent of pass of the noise of the welding workshop of the enterprise is 100.0 % after the renovation. The difference between the before and after renovation has statistical significance(χ^2=81.8,P<0.05). Conclusion The desired effect was obtained after the renovation of noise reduction.
