摘  要:从梁体钢筋绑扎、预应力管道定位、混凝土配合比优化、混凝土浇筑及振捣、大跨度梁施工线形控制、预应力智能张拉及压浆等方面分析悬臂梁0号段的施工缺陷,制订防止缺陷的措施,解决了钢筋绑扎过程中间距偏差大,预应力定位不准确,梁体线形控制不到位不及时,混凝土浇筑不到位振捣不密实等问题,保证了大跨度桥跨结构的施工质量和使用寿命,消除了后期运营中的安全隐患。This article carries on the research analysis to No.O section of the cantilever cast-in-place beam, focusing on assembling reinforcement, prestressed pipe positioning, optimizing mix proportion of concrete, concrete pouring and vibrating, linear control during the construction of long span bridge, and prestressed intelligent tensioning and intelligent grouting etc. It makes effective measures to prevent defects, which can solve the problem, such as pitch deviation during assembling reinforcement, positioning inaccurate, linear control without in place or in time, non-compactness of concrete pouring. It can ensure the quality of the long span bridge structure and the application of life, eliminate the potential safety hazard in the later operation.
