摘  要:多年来水泥工业废渣掺量检测、核定方法等存在不统一、不规范等突出问题,且GB/T 27978—2011等水泥废渣掺量检测方法存在重大技术缺陷,误差大,难以操作执行。针对上述领域及其相关方法进行了研究探讨,深入分析了多年来存在的问题及技术错误,提出了统一制订相关方法、标准技术依据与可操作的建议。Over the years, there were outstanding problems such as non-uniformity and non-standardization of detection and verification methods of the content of waste residue in cement industry. GB/T 27978-2011 and other detection methods of waste residue in cement have major technical defects, large errors, and they were difficult to operate. The above- mentioned fields and related methods were studied and discussed, and the existing problems and the technical errors were deeply analyzed. The related technical basis and operational suggestions for the unified formulation of relevant methods and standards have been proposed.
